I signed up with my discount code, but it still took me to the checkout. When I went back and tried to re-enter my code again, it said my username was already taken.
If you find yourself in the position of having entered the discount code incorrectly or having had your discount code not work as it was supposed to, please contact us via the
Contact Form and tell us:
- The code you entered
- The username you attempted to register.
This happens because when you click the registration button, we reserve the username you have chosen for you until after your account is successfully activated, and so when you try to register again and re-enter your code, your username is already in the system, reserved for you.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forget your password, you can reclaim it on the
Login Screen by entering your username in the provided box and clicking the button to retrieve your password.
A new password will be generated for you automatically, since all passwords on the site are encrypted, and not even the administrators can tell you what it is. The new password will be emailed to the email address on your account, in order to protect your privacy.

Where is {X} industry?
Each individual industry we service has unique and specific standards for RFPs, Proposals, and content, and adding more industries into the system is something we do on new version releases.
If you would like to suggest an industry for inclusion, please feel free to use the contact page to let us know.

What's different about this service than some other systems?
First, our customer focus - we know that proposals are not the most pleasant thing for either customers or providers. Based on our experience, we tried to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. We want you to use your time to run your business, not work on a proposal.
Second, our industry focus - we work with the industry organizations and use the industry standards in order to provide a standards-based, neutral marketplace.
Third, our broad focus - based on customer feedback, we realized that you wanted to manage not only your hotel RFPs, but also proactively manage proposals for other travel and hospitality services.
Fourth, our cost focus - we know that there are cost pressures throughout the industry, and created the service to assist in cost containment. There is no need to extract large service fees from the industry.
